CONTEXT

Currently, Salesforce utilizes a waterfall process, meaning digital marketing campaigns typically involves a linear, sequential approach where marketers plan, create, and launch a campaign in distinct phases, with limited ability to make significant changes or optimizations once the campaign is live in the system.

WHAT WE DID

We integrated predictive analytics into Einstein AI to create tighter feedback loops, to enable real-time campaign adjustments. Through agile design sprints and iterative prototyping, we developed responsive, device-agnostic interfaces using Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS). Our solution aimed at Salesforce users with self-optimizing campaigns. This is an ongoing project.
